Spring Pump Return Policy

Return Policy (ENGLISH)

You may exchange or return a product for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in new, unused, and untested condition. Items that have been tested in any manner are not returnable.

If you are returning an item for which Spring Pump paid the shipping/handling charge, you will be responsible for the outbound shipping charge that we incurred to deliver your order. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If you return an item that has been used and is not in resalable condition, the return will not be accepted. If any item is damaged during shipping back to us, we will deduct the cost of that item from the refund. Special order items are not returnable. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) issued by Spring Pump.

Return Procedures:

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) issued by us. An RMA does not guarantee a refund. All returns are subject to inspection by Spring Pump.

All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Do not write or place tape directly on the item or original packaging. We reserve the right to charge replacement costs for damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. We may refuse any such returns.

Pack the products in a secure shipping box using plenty of packing material. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Any merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. Spring Pump is not responsible for any return shipping cost(s), regardless of the reason for the return.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and notify us right away if there is any damage.

Additional Terms:

  • Customer is required to provide pictures showing the product is in new condition

  • No refunds on any pump that has been used or tested

  • All returns must be authorized and show the RMA number on the package, or they will not be accepted

  • Processing a return may take 1–2 weeks

  • Order cancellations after placement, even if not shipped, will incur a 3.5% credit card processing fee

  • 20% restocking fee will be deducted for all returns

  • Both ways, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund

  • No refunds on products requiring pump + motor assembly

  • No refunds on any products that have been wired or connected to pipes

  • No refunds on any product that has been assembled with a motor

  • All canceled orders and returns will incur a 3.5% credit card processing fee plus any applied shipping costs

  • All items must be in salable condition for a refund; shipping fees are non-refundable
